Attorney McCune was born and raised in Colorado. Mr. McCune received his Juris Doctor Degree from the Denver University College of Law in 2002. While in law school, Mr. McCune served as an articles editor for the Denver University Law Review. Shortly after graduation, he founded The McCune Law Firm, LLC. Since 2002, Mr. McCune has successfully prosecuted over 1,000 Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy cases. He is an active member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA), as well as a regular speaker and lecturer at Continuing Legal Education bankruptcy seminars, where he instructs and counsels other bankruptcy attorneys concerning complicated aspects of bankruptcy law. He is admitted to practice law in the State of Colorado and the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado. In 2010 Mr. McCune was selected as one of Law Week Colorado’s Attorneys of the Year.  In 2011, Mr. McCune merged his firm with the Sullivan Law Practice to create McCune & Sullivan.  Combined, the firm now has over 20 years of bankruptcy experience.
