Bryan C. Sullivan, Esq.
Bryan Sullivan earned his J.D. Degree from the University of Denver in 2002, and was a member of the Law Review, and his B.A. Degree from the University of Colorado, in 1997. Mr. Sullivan has been in private practice since being admitted to the Colorado State Bar in 2002 and has filed over 500 Bankruptcy Cases.
In 2003, Mr. Sullivan founded The Sullivan Law Practice, P.C. Mr. Sullivan believed that in starting his own practice, he could be more effective in preparing people for a bankruptcy filing. Since founding the firm, Mr. Sullivan has handled hundreds of filings of both Chapter 7 bankruptcies and Chapter 13 bankruptcies. Mr. Sullivan has also represented clients in County Court, Municipal Court, District Court, the Colorado Court of Appeals, and The Colorado Supreme Court. Mr. Sullivan has realized his passion is helping people and zealously protecting their right to a fresh start through bankruptcy.
In 2010, Mr. Sullivan joined a large high volume bankruptcy firm. While this endeavor provided much experience in handling a high volume docket with numerous legal issues, Mr. Sullivan quickly realized that clients weren’t being provided with the amount of contact necessary to allow them to feel comfortable in the process.
In 2011, Bryan and Matt McCune formed the McCune and Sullivan Law Firm in order to provide clients with both a fair price but also the individual attention necessary to allow them to feel comfortable with the process.
Mr. Sullivan has been a member of numerous professional organizations including the Colorado and Denver Bar Associations, and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.
While Mr. Sullivan focuses on Bankruptcy Law, he has also handled criminal law cases and complex real estate litigation through the Colorado Court of Appeals all the way to the Colorado Supreme Court.
